We invest almost exclusively in Thailand, in resort businesses and in high-potential resort property.
As a boutique private equity firm, we take positions in the resorts we help create and hold the land around them for the long term. Every decision is made for sustainable value and for the affluent traveller in Asia.
What We Do
Full development, end to end
We create resort businesses and, at the same time, acquire nearby land for long-term appreciation. That dual view lets a project stand on its own while the surrounding landholding compounds over time.
We provide the full range of development services in-house or through trusted partners: site selection, product creation, management selection, financial analysis, strategy, and landscaping.

Partners typically hold a cumulative equity stake of 40 percent or more. Shared ownership keeps every party working toward the same outcome.

Our investment professionals build full business plans with the operators and follow the United Nations recommendations on sustainable tourism.

We identify sites, create the product, select branded operators, and build resorts from the ground up. This is the core of what we do and where most of our capital and attention goes.

Luxury villas and residences developed within, or beside, the resort landholdings. Residences let owners share in a resort's setting and services while adding a second revenue line.

Land Banking
We acquire adjacent land in premium locations and hold it for long-term appreciation. Owning the ground around a resort protects its outlook and creates value on its own timeline.
