Q 6.1: May I modify or change the villa furniture if it is not to my taste?
A 6.1: Those villa owners who elect not to join the Rental Pool may alter their villas to the
extent that the alterations do not affect the exterior of the villa itself.
Q 6.2: Will I need to get the Developer’s approval if I wish to change the exterior of the
villa or the landscape design?
A 6.2: Yes, the developer’s written approval is necessary if you wish to modify the exterior
of the villa or the landscape design. The approval shall be at the sole discretion of the
developer.
