Q 5.1: May I resell my villa before full payment has been made?
A 5.1: You may resell your villa, however we would require full payment to be made before
resale can be authorized. The prior approval of the developer, which shall not be
unreasonably withheld, is necessary for all re-sales.
Q 5.2: Would there be any assignment fee for resale of the villa?
A 5.2: Yes, the developer will charge an assignment fee of 3% of the resale price.
