3. Benefits of The Six Senses Hideaway Villa Ownership
Q 3.1: What are other exclusive benefits I will receive by virtue of being a The Six Senses
Hideaway Villa owner?
A 3.1: You will receive a host of benefits, to use while in residence and while away, as
follows:
To begin, you have the option of placing your villa in the Rental Program, as detailed in
Sections 4 and 5 below, in order to take advantage of the generous Room Revenue split
offered by The Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi Resort.
Furthermore, while in residence, you will receive 15 to 20% off of all The Six Senses Hideaway
Yao Noi hotel services including treatments taken at the Six Senses Spa and purchases
from any of our food and beverage outlets.
The Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi will have its private brand new helicopter seating up to 4
passengers and two Gulf Craft 36 foot boats, seating up to twelve passengers, to transfer
you and your guests in style and comfort from Phuket to your island home. As a villa owner,
you will receive one arrival and departure transfer per visit. Depending on
the size of your party, we will arrange transfers either by helicopter (maximum 4
passengers) or by speed boat (maximum 12 passengers) up to maximum 6 times per year.
Should you wish additional confirmed seats, the then current transfer rate shall apply. We
expect the transfer rate to be approximately USD 250 per person return in the resorts .
The Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi will be able to take care of your own private boat(s) to use
for their excursions and cruising while in residence.
Should you wish to experience of the Six Senses Hideaway elsewhere, we are also happy to
offer you 20 room nights per year at a discounted rate of the Six Senses properties in the
low and shoulder seasons, subject to availability.
