1. General Information

Q 1.1: Where is the Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi located?
A 1.1: The Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi is located on the eastern side of the Thai island of Ko Yao Noi, in the middle of the bay fifteen miles off Phuket.

Q 1.2: How many villas will be available for purchase?
A 1.2: The resort will offer only 10 private residential villas for sale in phase one development. Phase one sales will begin in November 2007. Our residential villas will be set on 2000 sqm to 4200 sqm land each and will offer configurations of between 3 to 5 bedrooms. All will have ocean views and will be designed in one of three styles: Bileh Pool Suite, Hill Top Retreat and Ninehornbills Reserve. All villas will offer generous master
bedrooms, guest rooms, living areas with state of the art entertainment, large decks, spa suite, spacious open bathrooms, pools and butlers – all in tune with the environment.

Q 1.3: What type of resort development will be associated with my Six Senses Hideaway villa?
A 1.3: The Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi Resort itself is a luxury self-contained resort situated on a 76 rai or 12 hectare site (more than thirty acres). In total, it will comprise 56 hotel pool villas looking out to the spectacular limestone islands of the Phang Nga Bay. There will be three restaurants and many leisure facilities. It will feature a Six Senses Spa, retail village, and various sport facilities. As with each Six Senses Hideaway property, it is being developed with the principles of ecologically sustainable design and materials selection, and with construction methods adapted to protect the environment. Electrical golf carts and bicycles will be the mode of transport within the resort as for the residences compound.
